Julian Hebron, is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) with 13 years of experience in finance. He’s currently in his eighth year with RPM Mortgage, the largest private mortgage bank in the Bay Area, as a mortgage consultant and branch manager. Before that he was Director of Marketing for UBS Global Asset Management (formerly Brinson Partners), one of the world’s largest money managers.

Julian is experienced in all intricacies and property types in the San Francisco real estate market, and works seamlessly with Suzanne as a client consulting team. From formulating your property investment strategy to executing your transactions on time with best terms, Julian is there at every step as your long-term partner.

Julian is also editor of The Basis Point^®, a daily blog about markets, housing and investing. Julian received a BA in Communications from San Diego State University. His CMPS credential requires annual curriculum and examinations on real estate investment strategy, family lifecycle planning, taxation, market analysis, and regulation.
