About Me – Local Girl Made Good
I have been a Realtor here in San Francisco for 20 years and counting. I grew up in Noe Valley (yes, a true native), where I lived most of my ‘formative years’ but have lived on the North side of town for the past 20. Russian Hill is my ghetto. Over the years, I have seen a lot but probably not all there is to see in the crazy, but very rewarding business of Real Estate brokerage . Most of the time I love it and have a true passion for finding terrific deals, renovating, building, and investing in property. I have a number of clients and friends who have said I have a ‘Midas Touch’ when it comes to real estate (some other areas of my life, not so much). My practice has traditionally been about 50/50 (give or take) Commercial and Residential sales and my approach with clients is to educate and advise, then let them make the decisions. I am just here to help guide and facilitate a transaction – probably the biggest investment their lives – and I don’t take that lightly. I can help you analyze an investment, find a great value or prep, market and sell your property at the highest price possible. Also, I take pride in assisting my clients figure out the highest and best use of funds to best optimize a renovation or development project.
