I have been a Realtor here in San Francisco for 20 years and counting. I grew up in Noe Valley (yes, a true native), where I lived most of my ‘formative years’ but have lived on the North side of town for the past 20. Russian Hill is my ghetto. Over the years, I have seen a lot but probably not all there is to see in the crazy, but very rewarding business of Real Estate brokerage . Most of the time I love it and have a true passion for finding terrific deals, renovating, building, and investing in property.
